Jai spearheads the company’s front-end operations and business development. His responsibilities include identifying and securing new projects, managing client relations, overseeing market analysis, and ensuring the strategic alignment of new ventures.

Before co-founding Boulder, Jai worked in real estate acquisitions at Sculptor Capital Management and contributed to the deployment of over $400 million of capital. His focus spanned across many diverse asset classes and across all areas of the capital stack.

Jai earned his bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Beyond his professional endeavors, Jai is a fan of F1 and enjoys activities centered around an active lifestyle.
